 Atlanta-Region Transit Link Authority (ATL) to Hold a Specially Called Board Meeting Via Teleconference Board Meeting to address ATL Regional Transit Plan (ARTP) and the proposed 

Gwinnett County Amendment to the 2019 ARTP Scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. 

ATLANTA – The Atlanta-Region Transit Link Authority announces that it will hold a Specially Called Board Meeting via teleconference on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will address items concerning the ATL Regional Transit Plan administrative modification and amendment process, the proposed Gwinnett County amendment to the 2019 ATL Regional Transit Plan and administrative items.

The Board highly values public participation in its meetings and sets aside up to 30 minutes at the beginning of each in-person Board meeting to receive public comments. For this teleconference-based meeting, public comments may be submitted via email to [email protected] only. Comments received no later than 8:00 am on May 27, 2020, will be provided to all Board members and included in the record of this meeting. 

In addition, the public comment period for the proposed Gwinnett County amendment began on April 22, 2020 and closes on May 22, 2020. 

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-14-1(g), the ATL is holding these Committee Meetings by teleconference due to the emergency conditions affecting public safety caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The public will be afforded simultaneous access to the teleconference meeting by the means described in this notice.
