Job Description, Responsibilities, Standards, and Qualifications

Job Description:

Under the limited supervision of the Transit Funding Director, the Grants Program Administrator is responsible for strategy, coordination, and management of the Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority’s (ATL) Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant programs on behalf of the Authority, its subrecipients, and in support of regional subrecipient partners. The position is responsible for the Authority complying with its role as an FTA Direct Recipient, managing the Authority’s federal grants program as it relates to oversight of Urbanized Area Formula Funds and other awarded federal funds, and the statutory and administrative requirements in carrying out obligated programs and services. Additionally, the position is responsible for efficiently managing the ATL’s subrecipient program and ensuring it complies with the ATL’s role as an FTA Direct Recipient.
