Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority (GTEA) to Hold Board of Directors Meeting Scheduled for June 16, 2026

ATLANTA – Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority (GTEA) announces that it will hold its first Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at 245 Peachtree Center Avenue, Marquis One, Suite 2300, Atlanta, GA 30303.

About the Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority

The Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority (GTEA) was established pursuant to House Bill 297, enacted during the 2026 Session of the Georgia General Assembly and signed into law on May 12, 2026. The legislation dissolved the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA) and reorganized the Atlanta-region Transit Link Authority (ATL) as GTEA, transferring all responsibilities, personnel, assets, and obligations of both agencies to the new authority.
