Notifying the public of and requesting comment on the proposed GTEA Title VI Program
In compliance with requirements and guidelines outlined in Federal Transit Administration Circular
4702.1B, the Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority (GTEA) has developed a draft Title VI Program.
The formal public comment period begins on September 1, 2026 and concludes on September 30, 2026.

There will be an opportunity to present comments verbally at a public hearing taking place on Wednesday
September 23, 2026 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM in the GTEA Board Room on the 23rd floor of Marquis 1 Tower:
