Job Description:
Under broad supervision of the Deputy Executive Director, manages the functional areas of compliance & grants, accounting, information technology, human resources, and procurement, which encompasses the immediate supervision of the staff responsible for managing the functional business units as applicable. Develops high-level strategies for assigned functional areas; then defines efficient and effective deployment plans. Directs and makes decisions regarding the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures for administratively assigned core business unit functions. Responsible for the daily oversight of the division. Either directly or indirectly ensures that policies and procedures are administered consistently. Sets work priorities, maintains high customer service standards, develops, and administers the budget, and oversees the preparation of financial reports. Provides data and coordinates responses to financial and management audits. Serves also as the Authority’s Ethics Officer.
